Artists from around the world were called to submit their work. There are 235 accepted artworks that came from 28 different countries and places including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Check Republic, China, Croatia, Denmark Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Iran, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. A variety of styles and mediums were entered, including but not limited to acrylic, silk paints, colored pencil, digital, tempera, epoxy resin, ink, mixed media, oil, charcoal, pastel, photography, and watercolor. The judging criterion was originality, interpretation, quality, demonstration of ability, and usage of medium. Other factors, such as the quality of the images provided and their ability to be viewed online, also contributed to our decision. “First Place Winner” received $1000 as a prize, “Second Place Winner” received $400 and “Third Place Winner” received $100 in addition to their special recognition. Selected number of artists will receive a blog post about their work. Many of the artworks received will be shared and promoted on our Social Media pages.
