1. Artwork Eligibility

    HelvetArt is an online art exhibition and competition with a reward of cash, marketing and promotion. We accept all 2D artworks such as paintings, drawings, digital art, etchings, etc. The subject of work accepted might be changing every month depending on the theme of the exhibition. Artwork must have been completed in the last ten (10) years and must be the submitting artist’s own original work. Work will be judged based on skill, composition, originality and impact.

  2. Artist Eligibility

    HelvetArt online competition is open to all living artists regardless of country of origin/residence, sex or religion. We recognise that emerging artists around the world have varying backgrounds and different starting points in their careers, thus we do not currently have any restrictions on what we consider an emerging artist to be.

  3. Prize

    Possible prize types: cash, paid social media marketing, an artist profile and marketing on our website, blog or social media. Other type of prizes might be available depending on the theme, sponsors, juries.

Disclaimer

  1. The submitting artist must have full rights to the submitted work and be the original artist. If the work is found to not be original HelvetArt, nor its partners, founder or affiliates bear responsibility or liability for copyright infringement. The work/s in question will also be disqualified and immediately removed from our websites.

  2. The entry fee is non-refundable and not inclusive of any tax applied by your own country.

  3. The selection of works by the jurors is final and the decision can not be appealed on any grounds.

  4. Upon submission to the HelvetArt online competition, the artist will retain full copyrights to their work as well as 100% of any sale made as a result of promotion and marketing of the works.

  5. The winners and finalists are required to allow their works to be shown and promoted on HelvetArt website, social media, blogs and email newsletters.

  6. If a chosen artist does not want their artwork shown or promoted for any reason and email with the subject line “Artwork Removal” must be sent to info (at) helvetart.ch within 48 hours of winner notification. If an artist does request artwork removal they become ineligible for the prize they were originally chosen for, including cash, marketing and promotion.

  7. Entering this award gives us permission to use your image to promote and market your work through HelvetArt website, social media and affiliates, you will aways be credited, on our website, social media as well as on the websites and social media of our affiliates. Any questions or concerns about this can be directed to info (at) helvetart.ch with the email subject line being “Artwork Promotion Query”.

  8. The Blog is a way to further promote all artists, found either through the competition or organically. Being written up in our blog has no affect on your standing in our award nor does it say anything about your chance to win our award. The blog is simply an additional space to further promote and explore all of the talent that we find. Being written up in our Blog also does not prevent you (submitting artist) from ever submitting work to the competition.

By participating in the HelvetArt online competition and exhibition, the artist acknowledges their unconditional acceptance of the rules and privacy terms.

HelvetArt will not charge any fee for your access request, but may
charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable
steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you
